MOBILIZATION SCHOOL
In a generation and culture where the church is afflicted by unprecedented distraction, apathy and self focus, mobilization is a mission critical ministry. The church must be evangelized to the heart of God for first love, intimacy, and mission in this hour, and mobilization school is designed to impart God’s heart for the church so that you can partner with Him in activating her into her destiny in these Last Days. Learn the biblical basis for mobilization and how to practically partner with God to activate the church at mobilization school.
OUTREACH PLANTING SCHOOL
The Lord has revealed to us that the key to raising up multiplying mission movements through the FIREBASE as well as local churches is to raise up leaders. Through outreach planting school we train leaders how to mobilize the church into mission and how to raise up more leaders.
Weekly outreach provides a context to activate the church into lifestyle mission – teaching believers how to be disciples by engaging the culture around them with the Kingdom of God.
After outreach planting school we call leaders into a season of hands-on training on outreach planting where they learn directly from seasoned outreach planters. Through this strategy we hope to call the local churches of the Twin Cities back into local mission which includes not just acts of service, but proclamation and demonstration of the gospel.

CITY PIONEERING SCHOOL
The next level for missional leaders is City Pioneering School. We search the nation through our network of local ministries and churches to find emerging missional leaders so we can teach them everything we know about reaching cities. In City Pioneering School, we teach leaders how to build the altar of the Lord. How to raise up outreach expressions. How to build relationships with local churches and develop long-term missional partnerships. How to mobilize the church into mission and how to build a team.
This week-long school is followed by opportunities to intern with seasoned city leaders for a year in order to prepare city pioneers to build the Kingdom of God in major metropolitan areas throughout the United States and into the nations.
ENCOUNTER SCHOOL
In Worship Leader Schools, we will be teaching about the heart of God for 24X7 worship and prayer. Worship leaders will be envisioned to clearly understand the critical importance of 24X7 worship and prayer as well as get equipped with teaching from seasoned worship leaders in prophetic singing, harp and bowl, and everything else to enable them to enter into the fullness of worshipping God as an audience of one for a 2-hour period.
