Internships are an amazing way for you to get to know us and for us to get to know you as you are trained to walk in Jesus lifestyle and you learn how to partner with God to mobilize the church.

Each internship is custom developed for each person through listening prayer and sharing of personal vision and the vision of FIREBASE.  

Internships are usually between a twenty (20) and forty (40) hour a week commitment and include the following.

STAFF MEETING.

Every week our team meets for family time and to hear the heart of God for the work He has called us to do together.  Mondays from 4p-6p at the FIREBASE.

PASTORAL CARE.

Every team member is assigned to a front-line leader who is responsible for meeting regularly with our interns to comfort, strengthen and encourage them as well as to address identity and inner healing issues as well as Christ formation.

IDENTITY.

Each intern goes through a two-week intensive where a team speaks biblical identity over them.

WORSHIP + PRAYER WATCH.

Each intern selects a two-hour prayer watch at the Altar of the Lord to serve at weekly.

OUTREACH.

Each intern is part of a weekly FIREBASE outreach.

SERVE.

Each intern gets the opportunity to serve in one of the areas of the ministry including administration, operations, pastoral, outreach, altar, mobilization, and/or discipleship.
